According to reports from the Korean media, EXID member and actress Hani and psychiatrist Yang Jae-woong will be tying the knot this coming fall.
It has been reported that Hani and Yang Jae-woong will ring the wedding bells in September.
In response to this news, a representative from Hani's agency stated to Xports News, "As this is the actor's personal matter, it is difficult to confirm details regarding their private lives. We ask for your understanding."
Hani officially confirmed her relationship with psychiatrist Yang Jae-woong in June 2022, acknowledging their 10-year age gap with her being born in 1992 and him in 1982.
At the time, Hani's side mentioned, "The two have a good relationship," while Yang Jae-woong's side expressed, "We hope for warm attention so that the two can continue their good relationship."
Hani and Yang Jae-woong have publicly displayed their affection since confirming their relationship.
Last year in March, Hani uploaded a sticker photo with her father and boyfriend Yang Jae-woong, explaining that her father had not met her boyfriend before, so they created a dinner gathering to ease any concerns. She shared in an interview with Xports News, "My father is from Gyeongsang Province, so I didn't exaggerate it, but I think he was satisfied to see that his daughter is living her life well."
In September last year, on MBC's 'The Guys Who Cross the Line - The Collection,' Hani mentioned writing a love letter to Yang Jae-woong.
When Jun Hyun-moo cautiously asked Hani, "Do you still write (love letters)?" Hani replied, "Why are you making it difficult?" and revealed, "Now I write it on a post-it note. I write 'Cheer up' briefly and pass it on," showing a cute attitude.
On the occasion of their 999th day of dating in November, they posted a lovely couple shot.
Hani shared a photo with the caption, "To commemorate the 999th day, we went to a comic book store. We shared a bowl of tteokbokki, cheered each other on, and hit each other with Gantz." Hani and Yang Jae-woong embraced each other's waists and posed affectionately.
In a 'Sebasi Talk' event released in January, Hani opened up about the hardships she faced after the success of 'Up & Down,' and during this, the audience spotted Yang Jae-woong sitting among them.
Hani made her debut in the K-pop industry in 2012 with the group EXID, gaining popularity with hits like 'Up & Down,' 'DDD,' and 'L.I.E.' She has since transitioned to acting, appearing in dramas like 'You Raise Me Up,' 'Still 30,' 'Ghost Doctor,' 'Tell Me Love,' and the movie 'Adults Don't Know.'
Yang Jae-woong, on the other hand, is a psychiatrist. He has appeared on Channel A's variety show 'Heart Signal' series, tvN's 'Secret Garden,' and MBC Every1's 'War of Roses,' showcasing his talents as both a psychiatrist and a TV personality. He is also the younger brother of psychiatrist and TV personality Yang Jae-jin.
