Customs Tax
Customers are fully responsible for any customs-related issues, such as customs taxes, import taxes, value-added taxes, and other related fees. These charges are not included in the price of the item and are the buyer's responsibility. Customs policies vary by country, so customers should contact their local customs office for detailed information.
Import Duties and Taxes
- Additional Charges: Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.
- Responsibility: Customers must bear charges such as customs fees, service fees, administration fees, and warehousing fees related to customs.
Customs Issues
If any customs-related issues arise, customers should promptly contact us for assistance. However, customers are advised to be proactive and check their local customs policies before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges or delays.
Customs Refusal
- Non-payment of Taxes: If a customer refuses to pay the required customs taxes, a refund will not be possible. The package will be returned or disposed of if the customer does not pay the customs tax within the specified period determined by the shipping company.
- Incorrect Information: In case of incorrect address or contact information, we will request the correct details via email. Failure to provide the necessary information within the stipulated time frame will result in the package being returned or disposed of, and no refund will be provided.
Hazardous Goods
Each country has a different policy on hazardous product issues. OUR KPOP is not responsible for informing customers of this information. Customers need to contact their local customs office to check if the product is considered hazardous.
