Lim Young-woong's Short Film 'In October' to be Released on Coupang Play and TVing on the 6th
According to Korean media reports, the short film In October, featuring singer Lim Young-woong, will be released at noon on the 6th on Coupang Play and TVing, announced his agency Mulgogi Music on the 3rd.
In October is set in a society ravaged by a virus and portrays the protagonist, Young-woong, overcoming various incidents and emotions that happen to him. Lim Young-woong takes on the challenge of expressing complex and subtle emotions in his performance.
In addition to Lim Young-woong, actors Ahn Eun-jin and Hyun Bong-sik also star in the film, which is directed by Kwon Oh-joon, who has previously worked on BTS music videos. The film, shot in locations such as Iksan in North Jeolla Province and Chungju in North Chungcheong Province, has a runtime of approximately 30 minutes.
Last May, Lim Young-woong unveiled some scenes from the film during his solo concert IM HERO - THE STADIUM at Sangam World Cup Stadium. Meanwhile, a film capturing the live performance of Lim Young-woong's Sangam concert is set to be released in CGV theaters on August 28.
