Shinhwa's Kim Dong-wan's Pyeongchang-dong Home Featured in MBC’s Home Search Show

Shinhwa's Kim Dong-wan is making waves with the public listing of his Pyeongchang-dong home on a popular broadcast.

In the upcoming episode of MBC's entertainment show 'Save Me! Homes,' comedian Jung Sung-ho and model Lee Hyun will team up to help a family find a single-family home. The client, a PD at MBC Radio and an author with three children, has decided to move due to a lengthy commute of four hours for her recently returned husband. She hopes to find a home within 30 minutes of Gwanghwamun, ideally located in Jongno, Mapo, Seodaemun, or Yangcheon, with a budget that allows for 800 million won for jeonse or 1.4 billion won for outright purchase.

The homes team, consisting of Lee Hyun and Park Na-rae, visits a property located near the entrance of Pyeongchang-dong, which is a 35-minute public transit ride from the husband's workplace. Park Na-rae captures attention by revealing that this house was previously shown by Kim Dong-wan on 'I Live Alone,' showcasing an impressively large living and dining area that extends to a private yard, reminiscent of a standalone residence. The episode also continues to explore the global real estate market with a segment on luxury homes in Hong Kong, led by MBC announcer Jung Young-han.

In this segment, Jung Young-han will visit the upscale area of Stanley, where a high-end clubhouse features luxurious amenities. During a call with fellow announcer Kim Dae-ho, he shares his concerns about shooting for a variety show, receiving valuable advice on how to navigate the experience. The episode highlights the extravagant features of a building with a monthly management fee of approximately 8.9 million won, raising curiosity among viewers about the allure of such properties.

Furthermore, Jung Young-han takes viewers to the infamous 'Monster Building,' a structure made up of six interconnected buildings from the 1960s. This visit not only reveals the lesser-known internal characteristics of the building but also provides insights into its market pricing, piquing public interest in these unique properties. As the show blends entertainment with real estate exploration, viewers are sure to tune in for the insights and stunning visuals.
